Pricing is based on availability while the group's inventory lasts. Once a cabin type has sold out, cabins may still be purchased (pending availability), but at a different price. Guest will need to contact us for pricing and availability.

Reservation numbers and stateroom assignments will be emailed to the Primary Guest in March 2027 after the group is finalized with Norwegian Cruise Line and final payment has been completed.
Payment is required prior to confirming your cabin. Cabins are capacity controlled and cabin inventory is limited.
Payment Schedule:
INITIAL DEPOSIT: $100.00 Per Person ($200.00 Single) is due upon booking cabin
SECOND DEPOSIT: $250.00 Per Person ($500.00 Single) is due on or before November 2, 2026
FINAL PAYMENT: Remaining Balance is due on or before February 10, 2027
Second Deposit and Final Payment Invoices will be sent 2 weeks prior to the due date to the PRIMARY GUEST on Registration. Should you wish to pay remaining balance due before February 10, 2027, please contact us.
Should payment not be received within 24 hours of the due date, the Cruise Line will cancel your reserved stateroom and you will be subject to the cruise cancellation terms. See Cancellation Terms.

Free at Sea Unlimited Beverage Package:
Enjoy the best beverage package at sea! Indulge in unlimited premium spirits such as Grey Goose, Casamigos, Woodford Reserve and more, plus cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and juice — all included. Package Gratuities of $32.50 per person, per day are reflected in the toal cost of the cabin.
The package applies to all guests in the stateroom aged 21+. Guests 1 or 2 under age 21 will instead receive juice and unlimited fountain soda.

Please note that package inclusions, exclusions, taxes, gratuities, and availability are subject to Norwegian Cruise Line’s current terms and conditions and may change at any time. Some premium items, bottled beverages, specialty coffees, or other exclusions may not be included. Final details will be based on Norwegian Cruise Line’s policies at the time of sailing.
Norwegian Cruise Line has offered Nest Church discounted group rates. Group rates are NOT combinable with any other discount or promotion.
Participant(s) are required to abide by the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security regulations regarding proof of citizenship. All participants (from babies and up) are required to have a valid passport OR State Certified Birth Certificate AND a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card.
Please note that hospital Birth Certificates (baby feet Birth Certificates) are not accepted. Because of processing time, we encourage all passengers to apply for a passport at least three months prior to departure. A lack of the proper identification will lead to denied entry to the cruise ship, and no refunds will be made.
Yes, based on availability. Cabins are capacity controlled. Once you confirm a cabin, any requests to add a guest to a cabin will be based on availability of inventory and subject to a $75 change fee, plus difference in cabin price and any applicable processing fees / rebooking fees.
Once a cabin is confirmed, request to remove or cancel a guest from a cabin will result in a cancellation penalty as per the cancellation policy. See Cancellation Terms for more information.
Name Changes can only be done prior to 3 days before sailing. Name changes made once cabin has been confirmed to 3 days prior to departure will be assessed a $75.00 fee per name change. There will be no name changes or alterations to any reservation within 72 hours prior to the departure date.
Changes to BOTH names in the cabin is not permitted within 30 days of sailing.

Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation. Cancellation fees do apply, please refer to the Cancellation Policy in Terms and Conditions.

If Cruise Line cancels for any reason, including but not limited to, Acts of God, breakdown of the Vessel, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others (including due to the actions of port officials or government-imposed travel restrictions), acts of terrorism, civil commotions, embargo, weather conditions or considerations of safety of the Vessel (of which the Master shall be the sole judge), foundering of the Vessel or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, requisition of the Vessel, disease, epidemic, or pandemic, or other circumstances beyond the Cruise Line’s control (including but not limited to a change in Cruise Line’s fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively such causes shall be referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), Agent shall refund Guest for payments made for the cruise only within 30 days of receiving reimbursement from Cruise Line. Refund will exclude any credit card processing fees incurred. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the cruise line cancels the sailing, under no circumstances will Cruise Line or Agent be obligated to refund any cancellation charges incurred pursuant to the “Cancellation Policy” Section of this Agreement (or under a prior agreement between the Guest/s prior to Cruise Line’s cancellation of the Cruise).

Guest 1 and 2 in each stateroom will receive 150 Wi-Fi minutes, but sometimes that’s just not enough. You can choose from two Unlimited Wi-Fi packages designed to fit your needs, pricing will be shown once you have completed your Online Check-In.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to pre-purchase Internet prior to receiving your Booking ID (MARCH 2027). Booking ID will be emailed to the Primary Guest on the reservation. You will be required to complete your Online Check-In with Norwegian Cruise Line in order to pre-purchase Internet and other items. You may also purchase Internet Packages onboard the ship.
Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal luggage on board, with each piece weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
No. Non-alcoholic drinks, such as water, soda and juices, are prohibited to be brought on board either as carry- on or checked luggage on both embarkation and port days.
Guests who have special needs, medical requirements, or families with infants who require water for formula or milk, should contact the access desk at accessdesk@ncl.com to verify if an exception can be made for their beverage and to obtain pre-approval to provide to security at embarkation.
Guests may bring sealed bottles of wine or champagne onboard Norwegian Cruise Line ships. Corkage fees apply unless the guest has the Free at Sea / More At Sea beverage package. Boxed wine and other alcohol, such as liquor or beer, are not permitted to be brought onboard.

You will not be able to pre-purchase shore excursions or other items until you have received your Booking ID (Reservation #) and Stateroom assignment (March 2027)
The Primary Guest on the reservation will receive an email with stateroom number and Booking ID number along with instructions to complete your Web Check-In with the cruise line. Once you have checked in with Norwegian Cruise Line you may pre-book shore excursions and other onboard items
Passengers should NOT bring the following items onboard any Norwegian Cruise ships:
· Firearms & Ammunition, including realistic replicas.
· Sharp Objects, including all knives and scissors. (Note: Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.)
· Illegal Drugs & Substances
· CBD Oil / CBD Products
· Candles, Incense, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers & Hot Plates. (Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense, and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy is curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighteners are allowed onboard. However, "torch lighters" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame, and therefore are prohibited.
· Hoverboards
· Martial Arts, Self Defense, and Sports Gear, including handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks.
· Flammable Liquids and Explosives, including lighter fluid and fireworks.
· Hookahs & Water Hookah Pipes
· HAM Radios
· Electrical Extension Cords, including power strips/surge protected strips
· Dangerous Chemicals, including bleach and paint.

· Alcoholic Beverages (beer, seltzer, or hard liquor) seized on embarkation day will not be returned.
To help protect yourself and your cruise investment from the unexpected, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase travel protection. Trip Cancellation , Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay and Baggage Delay can all be protected with Travel Insurance.
Some travel insurance policies require purchase within two weeks of your Initial Deposit, while others are required to be purchased prior to making your final payment. The cost for this coverage, as well as other details, may be obtained HERE.
Yes, a gratuity of $2.00 per bag is suggested.
For your convenience, all shipboard expenses are charged to your Onboard account. Sign up when you check in, establishing your method of payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB Card, Diner's Club. You may also use your debit card however please be advised that Norwegian Cruise Line will obtain pre-authorization, as they do for all Credit Cards, and some banks hold these funds for up to 30 days. Cash can also be used as a method of payment to settle your account with an initial deposit paid in advance (minimum amount will be confirmed at check in at the pier – maximum initial hold is $300.00).
Using your debit or ATM card
· Norwegian Cruise Line does not recommend the use of a debit card as payment for your onboard folio.
· Please be advised that multiple holds will be placed on your debit card account based on your onboard purchases.
· After settling your onboard folio, these debit card holds may remain on your account up to 30 days after the cruise ends.
· To avoid overdraft charges from your bank, please make sure that you have enough available funds in your account during this hold period.
· Norwegian Cruise Line will not be responsible for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on Debit Card accounts.
Norwegian Cruise Line provides complimentary wheelchairs which are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair during the cruise, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from a company that provides wheelchairs and scooter rentals for cruises. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard are available on a first come first serve basis.

The minimum age to cruise is six months old. No Guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. A guest's age is established upon the first date of sailing. This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms; for underage married couples; and for active-duty members of the United States or Canadian military. Certain other restrictions and conditions will apply, such as compliance with the age twenty-one (21) alcohol policy, and proof of marriage for underage couples or proof of active-duty military status required.
Single & Double Occupancy Cabins:
All single and double occupancy cabins will feature two lower beds that convert to a queen-size bed.
Triple & Quad Occupancy Cabins:
All cabins have two lower beds that convert to a queen-size bed. For 3rd and 4th guests, a combination of a sofa bed or pullman beds (lowered from the wall/ceiling).
Pullman beds are NOT suitable for children under the age of 6.
Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor or guest under the age of 21 traveling with them must present an original, notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s) authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child, and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered, if needed. This is necessary even when the adult traveling is part of the child’s extended family (i.e. aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc). To make it easy for you, we have a sample letter you can use.
