SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests or specific cabin assignments (adjoining cabins, cabin locations etc.) are subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed. Accessible cabins may be requested and are subject to availability.

PAYMENTS
Payment is required prior to confirming your cabin. Cabins are capacity controlled and cabin inventory is limited.

INITIAL DEPOSIT: ​$100.00 Per Person ($200.00 Single) is due upon booking cabin

SECOND DEPOSIT: $250.00 Per Person due November 2, 2026

FINAL PAYMENT: Remaining Balance is due on or before March 2, 2027
Second Deposit and Final Payment invoice will be emailed 2 weeks before due date to the PRIMARY GUEST on Registration. Should payment not be received within 24 hours of the due date, the Cruise Line will cancel your reserved stateroom and you will be subject to the cruise cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation. All notices must be sent to nrowan@cccruisefl.com.
From Confirmed Cabin until close of business day EST November 2, 2026:
A cancellation fee of $100.00 per person plus processing fees will be assessed for any cancellations including 3rd and 4th Guests ($200.00 for Single Occupancy Cabin). Processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

From November 3, 2026 until close of business day EST March 2, 2027:
A cancellation fee of $250.00 per person plus processing fees will be assessed for any cancellations including 3rd and 4th Guests ($500.00 for Single Occupancy Cabin). Processing fees incurred are non-refundable.
From March 3, 2027 until close of business day EST May 2, 2027:
A 50% cancellation fee of the total per person cost plus processing fees will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd and 4th Guests. Processing fees incurred are non-refundable.
From May 3, 2027 until close of business day EST June 2, 2027:
A 75% cancellation fee of the total per person cost plus processing fees will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd and 4th Guests. Processing fees incurred are non-refundable.
From June 3, 2027 until Voyage date:
100% cancellation fee. There will be no refund or credit of any kind.

Stateroom numbers will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Those booking early will be assigned the most desirable locations first. Staterooms will be assigned in MARCH 2027 following final payment. You will receive an email with reservation #, cabin assignment and all pertinent information needed to complete your web check-in with MSC Cruises.
